Weld Neck Flange (WN)
The strongest flange type, joined to the pipeline by full-penetration weld; preferred for high-pressure and vibration applications. The bore is matched to the pipe inside diameter.

Slip-On Flange (SO)
Easy-fit flange type that slides over the pipe and is secured with a fillet weld. Ideal for medium-pressure applications and systems requiring frequent disassembly.

Blind Flange (BL)
Solid-disc flange that closes the end of a pipe or equipment. Used for test points, cleaning access and pressure testing. Can be customised with nozzles or valve bores.

Gearbox & Motor Adapter Flange
Adapter flanges connecting the motor output to a gearbox or machine housing. Produced to SAE, IEC and custom standards; centring spigot and keyway group included.

Threaded Flange
Flange mounted to the pipeline by threaded connection without welding; preferred for high-temperature applications and materials that cannot be welded. BSP, NPT and metric thread profiles.

Custom Machine Flanges
Machine connection flanges requiring non-standard geometry, asymmetric bolt-hole patterns or special face profiles. Produced from customer drawing or sample part.

Our Manufacturing Process
Every flange is CMM-documented for bolt-hole position tolerance, surface flatness and sealing face quality. Hydrostatic testing is available for pressurised systems.

CNC Turning
Flange OD, bore and sealing groove; real-time in-process gauging on machine.
Drilling & Milling
Bolt circle diameter, bolt holes and special milling operations; PCD tolerance ±0.05 mm.
Face Finishing
Sealing face Ra ≤ 3.2 µm; raised face and flat face options; finish machining on request.
CMM Inspection
Bolt-hole position tolerance, flatness and diameter measurements fully documented by CMM; report delivered to customer.
Coating & Delivery
Phosphating, black oxide or anodising; corrosion-inhibiting oil, secure packaging and on-time dispatch.
