Types of Gears We Manufacture
We offer a broad gear range to meet every application requirement — from standard profiles to fully custom designs.
Spur Gears
The most common gear type for power transmission between parallel shafts. A fundamental component in industrial machinery thanks to high efficiency, straightforward manufacture and a wide module range.
- Module: M0.5 – M20
- Pressure angle: 14.5° / 20° (DIN 867)
- Diameter: Ø10 mm – Ø800 mm
Helical Gears
Quieter operation and higher load-carrying capacity thanks to the angled tooth profile. Ideal for automotive transmissions and high-speed industrial applications.
- Helix angle: 7° – 45°
- Right-hand / left-hand options
- High load capacity
Bevel Gears
Used for power transmission between intersecting shafts. Available in straight and spiral bevel profiles; widely used in differentials, gearboxes and agricultural machinery.
- 90° & custom shaft angles
- Straight and spiral profiles
- Gleason / Klingelnberg system
Rack & Pinion
Rack-and-pinion systems that convert rotary motion into linear motion. Play a critical role in CNC machines, transfer lines and automation systems.
- Module: M1 – M16
- Standard & custom lengths
- Spur & helical profiles
Worm Gear Sets
Worm wheel and worm shaft systems with high reduction ratios and self-locking properties, used in hoists, conveyors and industrial speed reducers.
- Reduction ratio: 5:1 – 100:1
- Bronze & steel wheel options
- High-efficiency variant available
Internal / Ring Gears
Gears machined on a circular internal surface; used in planetary gear systems and compact gearboxes. High-precision internal profiles produced by 5-axis CNC.
- Planetary / epicyclic systems
- High accuracy grade
- Custom profile & module
Our Manufacturing Process
Every gear passes through a meticulously managed process from raw material selection to final quality control. With our advanced CNC equipment and experienced engineering team, we hold tolerances at the micron level.
All Our ServicesRaw Material Selection & Cutting
Certified steel, aluminium or special alloy; material certificate (3.1) supplied on request.
CNC Turning & Milling
Tooth profile generated by hobbing, shaping or 5-axis milling; tight dimensional tolerances maintained throughout.
Heat Treatment & Hardening
Carburising, nitriding or induction hardening brings tooth-surface hardness to 58–62 HRC.
Grinding & Honing
Post-heat-treatment flank grinding achieves Ra 0.4 µm surface roughness and the specified DIN quality grade.
Quality Control (CMM)
Every part is delivered with full documentation: 3D CMM measurement, tooth profile analysis and runout measurement.
Surface Coating & Delivery
Corrosion protection via phosphating, nickel plating or black oxide coating; safe packaging with on-time delivery.
Materials We Use
We select the most suitable material together based on the mechanical properties, weight constraints and corrosion resistance required by the application.
16MnCr5 / 20MnCr5
Case-hardening steel — high surface hardness with a tough core
