V-Belt Pulleys

V-belt pulleys manufactured in 1, 2 and 3-groove configurations with or without boss. Manufactured to DIN 2217 / ISO 4183 standards for high power transmission efficiency and long service life.

Boss bore, keyway slot and bolt holes; perfect axial alignment with H7 tolerance class machining.

Heat Treatment (Optional)

Induction hardening or nitriding can be applied for pulleys requiring high wear resistance.

Balance Testing

Static and dynamic balance measurement to ISO 1940 G6.3 / G2.5 quality class; vibration-free operation guarantee.
