CNC Turning & Profile Machining

Bore & Chamfer Machining
Boss bore, keyway slot and bolt holes; perfect axial alignment with H7 tolerance class machining.
Heat Treatment (Optional)
Induction hardening or nitriding can be applied for pulleys requiring high wear resistance.
Balance Testing
Static and dynamic balance measurement to ISO 1940 G6.3 / G2.5 quality class; vibration-free operation guarantee.
Surface Coating & Dispatch
Phosphating, anodising (aluminium) or black oxidation; on-time and documented delivery in secure packaging.
