OD, bore, keyway and flange profiles precision-machined on multi-axis centres.
Tooth Hobbing
DIN 8187 tooth form; CNC hobbing or shaping with specialised modular chain cutter tooling.
Heat Treatment
Case hardening, induction hardening or nitriding; target tooth-surface hardness HRC 58–62.
Surface Coating
Zinc phosphate, nickel plating or electroless nickel for enhanced corrosion resistance.
CMM & Delivery
Pitch, profile form and bore tolerances verified on CMM; delivered with a measurement report.
