Transmission Shafts
Straight or stepped profile shafts transmitting power and torque from one section of a machine to another. Tolerances optimised for gearbox, motor and transmission applications.

Ball Screws
High-precision ball screws used in CNC machines and linear motion systems. Pitch accuracy and surface quality are maintained at the highest level.

- Standard: DIN 103 / ISO 228
Stepped Shafts
Stepped shafts with multiple diameter transitions, bearing and gear seating surfaces machined to finish. Each step is machined to individual tolerance and surface quality requirements.

Flanged Shafts
Custom-designed shafts with an integrated flange for motor output and pump shaft applications. Flange face flatness is guaranteed by grinding.

Hollow Shafts
Hollow shafts produced with deep-hole turning and gun drilling technology for applications requiring weight optimisation or internal passage of lubricant/coolant.

Custom Profile Shafts
Custom shafts with non-DIN profiles and geometries manufactured to customer drawing or sample part. Complex axis geometries can be machined directly on 5-axis CNC.

Our Manufacturing Process
Every shaft passes through a complete quality cycle from raw material certificate to final measurement report. Roundness, cylindricity and axis straightness are documented by CMM.

CNC Turning
Roughing and finish turning; step transitions, radii and grooves monitored in real time by the on-machine measurement system.
Keyway & Threading
Keyway, straight thread, metric thread and multi-face profiles; machining to DIN tolerance classes.
Heat Treatment
Induction hardening, case hardening or nitriding; bearing and gear seating surfaces brought to HRC 58–62 hardness values.
Grinding (Rectification)
Cylindrical grinding to h5 / h6 tolerance; Ra ≤ 0.4 µm surface quality; runout control below 0.003 mm.
CMM Inspection & Delivery
CMM measurement report, material certificate and optional surface treatment document; secure packaging and on-time delivery.
