Hydraulic Piston
Hydraulic cylinder pistons manufactured with hardened and honed surfaces, rated up to 400 bar working pressure. O-ring and seal grooves machined to full tolerance.

Pneumatic Piston
Lightweight, low-friction pneumatic cylinder pistons for working pressures up to 10 bar. Aluminium and stainless steel options; material alternatives suitable for clean rooms and food industry.

Cylinder Liner
Engine cylinder liners and custom hydraulic cylinder tubes; inner surface honed to Ra ≤ 0.4 µm with IT6 cylindricity tolerance. Cast iron, steel or stainless options available.

Double-Acting Cylinder
Double-acting cylinder bodies applying active pressure in both forward and return strokes. Preferred for automotive and heavy industry applications requiring high force and precise control.

Single-Acting Cylinder
Cylinder components applying pressure in one direction only, with return movement provided by spring or gravity. Ideal for clamping and holding systems requiring compact design and low energy consumption.

In our piston and cylinder manufacturing, dimensional accuracy, surface quality and sealing integrity are controlled and documented at every stage. Fast transition from prototype to series production is ensured.
All Our ServicesMaterial Selection
Material selected according to working pressure, environment and sealing requirements; 42CrMo4, C45, 316L or aluminium.
CNC Turning
Outer diameter, inner bore and seal grooves machined with high repeatability; pre-process dimensions verified.
Heat Treatment
Induction hardening or nitriding; surface hardness HRC 55–62; wear resistance increased.
Grinding & Honing
External cylindrical grinding; inner surface honing to Ra ≤ 0.4 µm; IT6 cylindricity tolerance.
Seal Test
Sealing verified by pressure test; O-ring groove dimensions confirmed by CMM.
CMM & Delivery
All critical dimensions documented with CMM measurement report; delivered in protective packaging with material certificate.
